My personal feeling is that if you are going to try to semibluff on the flop you need to play out on the turn as well. Myself I would tend not to get involved in this hand, but you hit a 2 outer on the river to save you.

I guess I assumed I was either ahead when he did not reraise me or I was way behind to a T (is this incorect thinking?) That is why I checked the turn. On the river I was almost possitive I was ahead since he did not bet the turn so I wanted to try to induce a bluff.

Let me have it if I played stupidly /images/graemlins/crazy.gif

No he didn't, he was winning the whole way.

He didn't reraise the flop because:

He may have had a T, but been worried about his kicker.
He may have had a medium pair but was worried you had a T.
He may have had nothing and hoped he hit the turn.
He may have had a monster and wanted you to bet into him so he could raise.

When the 4 hits the turn, you need to bet. He may fold a smaller PP (like 66). He may also call with overcards (getting incorrect odds to call). If you get raised here, it's an easy fold.

The river is fine, since you checked the turn.

The style of your post is a little tough to read.

Follow through on the turn and fold to a raise. Looks like a position bet and your flop check-raise is a strong move on a scary board.

Welcome to the forum,

Thanks.

So if I bet the turn and get raised I can fold.

If I bet the turn and get called do I check the river or bet again?

Sorry about the post. I just figured out what was wrong with Slavic's converter and I will use that in the future.
