I spoke with support and anyone that has made a deposit at Poker room after Nov. 1st doesn't qualify for a reload bonus. I guess it's there way of rewarding their loyal cusomers.

That's strange, I made a small ($50 to play a couple $20+2s) deposit there on 12/16/03 and I have the bonus offer on my account page. Good to see they have their [censored] together.
