Partypoker - Terrible Customer Service

Does anyone know if PartyPoker's customer service people speak Engish? Because I have sent multiple emails about a serious issue and gotten auto-responses which imply no one ever reads the emails but rather sends generic responses hoping they stick. I am close to terminating my account and going elsewhere.

You are likely to get many joke responses to this.

They have the worst customer service on the face of the planet, they are based in India and the vast majority of them really don't speak more than a little English.

Ask to speak to Lucy Jones, you might not get her, but the mention of her name might get you someone who can help.

Thanks. I did not think to ask for Lucy Jones. I was 99% sure they were based in India before. The responses I get are mind boggling in their silliness.
