Bonus on balance at party

As a condition for getting the bonus on balance you must have less than 3 cashouts during each month.
I have had 1 cashout and have transfered money 1 time.
Does transfering money count as a cashout? Or do I still have 1 cashout to go? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

They counted transfers against me last month...I got a ZERO balance one day and right back up to where it was the day after...and the first time i asked they explained i had to keep a balance...then they said i had made too many withdrawals.

I am still waiting for them to respond.

It's for people who signed up before some date, I think Feb. 2003.
