At first glance it appears to be another Party skin, one with a deliberately misleading name.

Edit: It is possible that it is an Empire skin, rather than a Party skin, Empire now has to compete with Party as you can only play at once and they offer different MTTs, so maybe they have been allowed their own skins.

Lori, I've run across something similiar to this a couple of times when poking around sportsbooks and stuff.I don't think it's a skin as much as it is an affiliate type thing. Now I wish I'd kept one of the links. If I run into another one I'll send it to you.
