Any quick advice in regards to what to play??? Starting hand wise?

In PLO you want all your cards working together. JhTd9h8d is a much better hand than AcAs8h3c. Be very careful with AAxx. If you can get all-in pre-flop its OK, otherwise its not much better than anything else.

Be careful with the nuts with no redraws. For example on a board of Th9h6s if you hold 8d7d5c4s or something like that, if the action comes to you bet and raised, your best bet is probably to fold.
