Here's the senario. Im playing $30 PL O8 multi and the 21st player has just gotten knocked out. I am moved tables and am sat in what should be the SB position. Instead of being dealt in at the cut off the big blind is immediately posted for me /images/graemlins/mad.gif Here is the hand:

I only complain because i finished 11th in this tourny and the extra 500 in blinds would have likely allowed me to make the final table. Do i have a legit complaint here?

If you came into what should be the SB position the button would have to pass you before you could post so I not too sure how you ended up with the BB. You must have been mistaken as to your table position.

Yeah, I think you do. Email the casino with the hand history and they should do something for you.

reread the hand history and it should be clear that my memory of my position at the table was correct.

Email your complaint with the hand number and you may get some satisfaction............I stopped playing on Stars after a similar experience. There were 5 tables going - Sat. to $300 tourny with 27 spots paid. When the total players got down below 40 the blinds were 6K 12K, the tables were combined into 4. I had just had the BB and was moved into a spot one in front of the BB. 3 hands later there were only 30 players and I was moved to a new table, in the BB again - Long story short - I came in 28th. I didn't have any luck...........I also stopped playing on Vegas Poker due to a similar experience - they had a software glitch that stopped the tourny for quite a while - but before that you were sometimes unable to use your mouse and your hands were folded. When I complained that there were many problems and my QQ was folded on the flop and my 10/5 in the blind that flopped a full-house was folded I was told "Sorry, you did not act in time and your hand was folded - not our fault". Needless to say I will never play there again. However, now that I have vented - yeah, you have a gripe and should email them. Let us know what they say.

Yes. Email support with the hand history. The chat from the other players confirms your complaints. They should move you up somewhere. I would keep on them until some compensation is received. They should also be looking at their software.
