can anyone tell me the best resource for a "weekly" vegas tourney schedule?

Cardplayer magazine in the back. Maybe at cardplayer.com (I'm sure they have it there somewhere)
Otherwise, if you go to an actual cardroom, they usually have Poker Pages newspaper. They usually have a complete list of the weekly tourneys. All else fails, start going to each casino's website. Good luck!
