I recall hearing that WorldPokerCentral had some shaky ties to questionable rooms ..I dont remember the exact facts.
I just got this new email like I'm sure many others...

wtf they send out an email promoting a huge freeroll but it was yesterday..brahahahaha..hmm

What do you guys know about WorldPokerCentral??

thnx forgot about that thread.I get so many of these offers from random rooms every month.
Btw as I'm sure you know credit card fraud is running way out of control online right now.
I have been a Mindspring user for 3 years..when Earthlink bought Mindspring 2 or so years ago I stayed with Earthlink.
In the past 3-4 weeks many Earthlink user have been duped by fraudulent emails directing people to what looks like a genuine Earthlink website and asking for confirmnation on passwords,credit card numbers etc.
You have to be really carefull with any personal info at all these days.I cancelled my cc and had a new cc number reissued immediately after speaking to Earthlink reps.
Alot of scumdogs out there in cyberspace!

if this place is related to ProPoker I dont see the former setup from ProPoker with its rigged games...ie i dont see fulltables w/bots/investors/colluders whatevr method it was/is ProPoker always used to defraud players.

What I'm saying is one ProPoker is a total fraud.
Secondly if ProPoker are the same people behind WPC it seems they may have wised up and now offer legit games...looks legit without games being filled up with mute colluders.

Got the same email goodguy. I downloaded Frontier last week because I saw a banner here that said 20% deposit bonus and have checked in a couple of times but the place is a ghost town. Same two guys playing heads up each time, just different limits.No evidence of bots that I saw there but I believe Lori had something tying Desting in with ProPoker so I'm still skeptical. Maybe somebody should email them and invite them to state their case here like some of the other new sites have lately.
