What do you think about reraising all in with for example A 3h, if there are two harts on the flop??

very much depends on stack size, the nature of the flop, and the previous betting, etc. It is a better play up front than around back because you can take away the other players positional advantage up front. Around back you are taking away your positional advantage.

It is definately a smart play in the right situation. However, you dont want to shove in a $100 to win a $6 pot.

The biggest thing with this hand is that you dont want to be in early position, face a big bet, call, and miss on the turn and be set in. If you face a big bet when in early position you most likely want to push in, especially with the A in you hand which might give you 3 additional outs.

The other important factor is that it puts uncertainty in you game and you are more likely to get paid off when you hit a monster.
