Party $5/$10, 6-max.

I'm dealt 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif and, not being in a limping kind of mood, open-raise. Button cold calls and BB 3-bets. Well, that's probably not good. I call though, as does the Button.

Flop comes 3 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 3 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 2 /images/graemlins/spade.gif. BB checks, I check, and Button bets. BB calls and, thinking that they're both on overcards and that my 9 and 8s are clean, plus the backdoor flush draw, I make a loose call.

Turn is 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif. I bet out, not wanting to risk a 3-bet on a check raise. Button and BB call. I figure I'm ahead.

River is 2 /images/graemlins/club.gif. I check, Button bets (did I induce a bluff?), BB calls, I call.

Results after some white space.

Button had K /images/graemlins/spade.gif K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

BB had A /images/graemlins/heart.gif A /images/graemlins/club.gif.

Holy crap these two played bad. You played fine, and I hope you took down names.

I think they thought you were slowplaying a 3. I guess. Still, rather humorous. I don't know who played worse, BB or button.
