Neteller Deposit

I made my first deposit to my Neteller account from my bank account a week ago using EFT. It says it will take 4 days, but it has been 7 now. The cash was taken from my bank account 5 days ago but it is still pending in my Neteller account. Is this normal?

They have a schedule in their FAQ that says like ... Deposit on certain day have it available by Monday @ 6pm or whatever it says. If they are outside their window call them.

Ugh, I HATE it when money has been withdrawn from my account and is not showing up where it's supposed to be, floating in some cyber-limbo somewhere. I would contact them right away and find out what's up.

My initial NetTeller deposit went from my bank to my NetTeller account via EFT in about 10 minutes. I would investigate at once.
