So pacific poker sent an e-mail that said deposit $50 and get $25 bonus. I did this and immediately withdrew the $50 leaving me with $25. I turned the $25 into $75 in like 30 minutes. Can I withdraw $50 of this, leaving $25 to keep fulfilling the bonus? Or do I have to keep all of this cause its fruit of the bonus money? Thanks in advance.

I would say that as you've got your own money back you can do what you want now, except draw the $25 until you've met the Conditions.

I did this recently.

Deposited $400, got $100. Withdrew $400, made ~$70, and withdrew the $70 just fine.

I asked them about this and I was told that I couldn't withdraw any winnings until the bonus had cleared, but that I could withdraw the total bonus at any time. Or at least that is how I understood what they said. Their exact words were "At any time you can cash out your bonus, it is the money you put in, so there is not any restriction in cashing out your bonus. In order to cash out your winnings, you have to wager your bonus no less then 20 times, in order to meet the poker wager requirements."
