Professional poker and home loans

Is it possible to obtain a home loan when your only income comes from professional poker? I am thinking about becoming a professional player and am trying to explore all the angles.

If you have good credit and can put 20% down you should be able to get a no-doc loans for about 1% over the conventional conforming rate. Buy the house before you quit your day job. Once the loan is funded (usually within a few hours of closing, 3 days on a refinance) you can turn pro.
