How many of these first 20 hands would you have paid to play in a .25/.5 10 person loose game?

I maybe play one of these hands (55), possibly two (J8s), yet even playing like this I still manage to lose $5 in these 20 hands. However with hands like this how are you supposed to ever win?

Yes I understand its 20 hands and I understand the next 20 may be great. But on most nights, be it 20 or 100 or 200 it seems I get about 95% of crap like this.

Does anybody else just get frustrated sometimes when you log in to play for an hour or two, play about 15% of flops yet still manage to lose 2-4BB/hr without ever being in a hand at the turn or river?

Depending on position I would limp with 44, 55, and A9o. It can be frustrating when you get garbage hand after hand. What I do is when I get junk for 4 or 5 hands in a row I will start playing a second table. That way you have a chance to actually play.

55 is the only one I would play there.
I get used to it, folf, fold, fold until I get two I like. Then when I get two I like, watch out.

probably only the pairs are playable, you have to be patient sometimes (or play 2 tables).

Also, you shouldn't post in early position, if you had waited 2 more hands you would have started in the BB, saving yourself some $$

the pairs and possibly the A9o. the A9 i would raise if i was first in in very LP and be happy taking the blinds. Losing 5 bucks here is not too much considering you lose .75 just posting blinds. Online games go much faster than B and M games so you are posting blinds more often. Just be patient and dont be tempted to play trap hands like K9o and Q8

You would think, but I was actually in the cutoff when I posted to play. Couple of guys left and a couple more sat out the next hand and next thing you know the blinds are at me.

Just think about how much more you would lose if you decided to play some of these. That will ease the pain of folding them /images/graemlins/smirk.gif
