Heads up calculation

How much of a favorite are two outer cards over two middle cards? For example AJ over KQ (or even A2 over KQ). Additionally how much does suited vs offsuit tilt the scale in either direction? Connected or Not connected?

In the future, you can do calculations like this at www.twodimes.net (http://www.twodimes.net) - in this case, AdJh is a 60-40 favorite over KcQs - A2 isn't much different, at 58-42. AJs vs. KQo is 62-38, not a helluva lot different either. Connecting doesn't move it much either - the unconnected A6o vs. K7o is still 60-40.
