I thought this was a joke but the more I read the more I think the guy has a legit claim.

The radio announcer was joking about this while I was on the way to work. He mentioned that all public buildings would not be allowed to have TVs. If you went to a bar you would have to go outside with the smokers(here in NY) if you wanted to watch.

I'm getting so sick of these lawsuits. Everything is everyone elses fault. Throw the TV out the window or cement over the cable connection if you believe it's damaging your family.
I really hope we start to punnish people and the lawyers that represent them for frivolous lawsuits.
