Hand 1: Raise the flop, definitely raise the turn.

Hand 2: Much better.

Hand 1:

I often raise here PF - not always though, depends on table read and my table image, how many hands I've been playing and raising etc.

Raise the flop.
Raise the turn! Here you will get calls from all those people who are drawing and will only put money in on the river if they hit their hand and likely have you beat.
River play seems ok.

Hand 2:

Seems fine.
