Best times to play...

Hey all... I am just wondering when you think the best time to play is? When are the most fish out? Weekend evenings? Is there any time of the week that games are noticeably a lot tougher than others. I generally play 3-6 or 5-10 at Party, but also play at Stars and UB.

Weekday mornings seem a bit tougher than the other time periods...but we're currently in the Golden Age of Internet poker, so all time periods are +EV if you're good...

I ususally play UB .5/1 mostly midnight central time til about 4 or 5 am. On my days off I start 10 or 11 pm. I have been doing extremely well at this time during the week. Over the last 2500 hands I have been averaging about 6BB/100 hands playing 2 games at a time when there are two available sometimes I play a .25/.5 if only 1 .5/1 has 8+ players.

Seems to be about 5 pm EDT to 3 am EDT on most sites. It
won't really matter too much if you are an expert and want
to do the Negreanu routine (clock in 8 hours a day or so
about 5 days a week; I don't think he even picked the best
hours!). Obviously more of the recreational players will be
able to play the weekends and most evenings so those would
intuitively seem to be the best times.
