neteller possible to EFT to another bank account or link 2 bank accoun

wondering if I can EFT some cash to my sister's account or just link her account to my neteller account so she can those funds. No chip dumping scam lol. Possible or neteller won't allow such for security reasons.

Whenever I've tried to set up a second bank account, the software won't let me. As with the UB $25,000-question, you might be better off asking the site concerned rather than here.

Talked to Neteller about linking a second bank account.
They said you can't. One bank acct per person.
