in the semi-bluff chapt. of Sklansky/Malmuth HFAP it mentions hands that seem to be more of a long shot than a flush draw or outside straight draw. But I can't find any mention of whether these hands should be bet (semi-bluff) or checked/called. How should I play these hands?
