21 year old girl arrested for pictures of public nudity

The owner of the bar where she posed was the one who turned her in so they have the offended party. Now it is going to the courts where she will get a small fine, far offset by all the free advertising her site will get because of the news coverage.

IMO it is just a stunt to get more people to her site, but who really knows?
