How about a report forum

This is not meant to disrespect those of you who report on your trips to casinos. I find these posts interesting. I just don't consider them to be "news", "views", or "gossip." The name of this forum implies posts about what's going on in the world of poker, not what I or anyone else did this weekend. The posts are good, but has it ever been considered that they get their own forum. That would make sifting through this forum easier.

I think we have enough forums already. If you somehow think that a thread entitled "My Vegas Trip Report" is worth your time to read when you are looking for the inside scoop on WPT players then you need more help than this forum will be able to give.

I think reading how rharless checkraised two respected 2+2 posters/players off of their hands on the flop nicely falls into the "Gossip" category.

yes we have alot of forums. but why not a forum to decide what new forums to decide upon. and a forum to list new ideas for future forums.

It seems like a trend that some people are trying to dictate what gets posted. In poker, in the real world, and on forums it takes all kinds. Every post isn't going to be to your liking just like every conversation at the poker table isn't going to catch your interest. Have a little tolerance for what you don't like and enjoy what you do.

I have another idea. How about an over 100 posts on a thread forum. Once one post gets over 100 replies it would automatically move to this forum, and not clutter up the rest of the forums.
