been back at party for the last 2 weeks or so - 5/10 6 max games and the odd pot limit omaha game to break up the tedium - i need to correct the record on a few topics
1) they dont appear much like maniacs to me - passive and predictable is what i see
2) you can definately bluff in these games
i was on the record as saying never bluff in these schools and then i played tonight
109o in the BB 5 handed - button open raises - the SB calls and you do to - flop is 442 - checked to the button who bets and the SB calls, as do you - turn is a 5 and the SB checks, you bet, and they both fold !
98s in the SB 4 handed - button open raises - you 3 bet, BB folds, button calls - flop is 67A - 2 spades - you bet, he raises, you reraise, and he calls - turn is a red queen - you bet, he calls - river is the 3 of clubs - you bet, he folds !
