Ok so if you have AKs (hearts) and the flop is
8H 7S 6C
Assuming you'll need a flush to win, you'll need a runner runner flush.
You'll need one of the 10 hears on the turn and one of the remaining 9 hearts on the river. That's 90 combinations of runner runner hearts and there are 47 X 46 (2162) combinations in total so the odds are 2072 to 90 against hitting a runner runner flush or 23.022 to 1
Also of those 90 combinations of runner - runner hearts 34 combinations are going to include at least the 6 or 7 of hearts if not both so now you only have 56 combinations so your odds are 2106 to 56 or 37.6 to 1.
