button is on seat 9
its on the turn .
seat 1 check
seat 4 check
seat 8 bet
seat 9 call
seat 4 fold out of turn
the seat 1 is busy receiving something from a waitress , he still has cards .

The dealer forgot the seat 1 and open the river quickly .
seat 1 put back his attention on the table & he's confuse a bit to see that the action is allready on the river.

The dealer ignore seat 1 , so he cant see the 2 cards of seat1 which are clearly in front of him & turn to his right , in the direction of seat of seat 8&9 . Before seat 1 can say anything , seat 8&9 both check quickly & open their cards .

seat 1 open his cards which make the best hand .
seat 8 who hold the 2nd best complain that seat 1 didn't call the turn .

what happen now ?
- dealer reshuffle the cards , complete the turn'action and pull an other river even if they all know what everybody got ?
-I don't think killing seat one'hand an option since the dealer diserve most of the blame .

Ha, interesting question. I think the only thing to do is rewind the action, even though all hands have been exposed. Shuffle the river card back in the deck, give seat 1 the chance to fold, call, or raise on the turn, and then deal the river card from the reshuffled deck. Technically the dealer should then allow each player to act, but it would be redundant since everyone's hand was exposed. The player with the best hand would bet and the others would fold.
