A little post for us immature dudes who like to go boozing and pick up chicks.
I have a group of about 6-8 friends and Friday is always guys night out.
Lately we'd been getting in a rut lately of going to the same bars, same clubs, and it was getting lame.
So, we started the idea of "Theme Nights"
It started out lame:
we had shirt and tie night.. which picked up the classy ladies well
then "all black" night - where we all wore black shirts and pants.. we looked great, but I don't think anyone noticed.
Yup, it was lame and I'm lamer for being part of it
THEN.. this Friday's idea was conceived!!!!
"Fake bachelor Party night"
Oh yeah, this was going to be great.
We picked one guy to be the "bachelor" with a really cheesy paper "king" hat.
We had the obligatory plastic beads, Hawaiian Lays (sp.), and of course, name tags.... except we didn't put real names on them we had things like:
Metrosexual
Virgin
Token (for our token black friend)
Lame
or Call Me and the dude's Phone Number.. which was great.
and Young & Hung
oh, and we stuck a "suck for a buck" sticker on the "bachelors" johnson
This went over FANTASTIC
the "bachelor" had at least a dozen ladies come up and kiss and caress him.. although he was taking one for the team because he wasn't going to score any trim.
Fact: all girls like stickers, beads, and lays.
All of us got collectively way more numbers from chix than usual.
At one bar they had a band and one of my buddies got on stage to do a collective toast to the bachelor...
It was AWESOME...
The key to the whole thing were the extra name tag stickers..
Girls love stickers and a money line is to write her "rating" down on a sticker with your handy sharpie..
Say, "well.. my friends took a vote, and on a scale from 1-10.. you get an..." and always write 11.5 (if the chick is worthy)
I'm just passing along this idea because it was flawless for us and made for a hell of a night and chicks dug it.. BIG TIME! Oh, and none of them figured it out... actually, some that knew us figured it out, but still thought is was a hilarious mockery..
We'll have to nominate a different one of us and do it at different bars next time..
