I made a basic 4x8 covered with padding and then felt and it has worked great, but I wanted to add a few options like a dealer tray and a cushioned oval rail. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks alot.

This won't answer your question, but might provide a couple of ideas. I thought about a tray for my table, but instead went to Lowes's or Home Depot and bought a hanging drawer. I screwed it into the underside of the ply wood. I prefer it to the tray because I both play in the game and run it, and without the tray I can bring my cards further back.
I've never made a rail, but one of the nicest ones I've seen was farmed out to an auto trim shop. A pattern was made of the outline of the table, and a rail was made to drop right on it. Fairly inexpensive.
Just some thoughts.

This site http://www.casinosupply.com has something called "perfect padded railing" (look in the table hardware section) I've never used it, but I plan on buying some when I make my own table as well.
