Was thinking of buying one of these to help track and analyse my play. I play mainly NLHE and PLO cash games and NLHE tourneys (plus some LHE, PLO, O8B, LO tourneys)mainly at Pokerstars, Party and Ladbrokes. Just had a few questions if anyone out there felt they could help:

I think pokertracker is only for HE, can either or any other software track / analyse Omaha too?
What are the main differences in the two?
Which would you recommend (and why if that's not too cheeky)?

I would appreciate anyone's views on this. Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to reply.

These do completely different things. Cardplay Analyst only tracks wins and losses. This is important. But, it doesn't help you analyse your play.

pokertracker is a database of hands. That will let you analyse your play in a million different ways. Yes, it only does holdem. But, its well worth the $40.

Thanks MrPurple, will go for pokertracker then as I think that's more what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of anything that is capable of doing the same for Omaha hands?
