Neteller does for a fact share information with casino / poker sites.
I know this for a 100% fact. I also have prove of this, which I maybe or may not post on this forum, depending on where this thread goes.
They are covered by their privacy statement where they say that they will disclose certain information in cases of "suspected" fraud.
But from what I know, they seem very quick to release information to a site, without asking for any prove of the fraud, and the amount of information they release is vast, including names of every person and site that a client has transferred to or from, even deposits made by ACH, instacash etc, as well as the clients' name, address, and phone number which neteller has on file.
I believe the only item they don't share is the clients bank or credit card information, but I could be wrong.
I'd love to get a response from poker/casino site management that use this forum, just as Gaming Club Guy and TruePokerCEO, etc. regarding my asserations.
If a neteller spokeman reads this forum, would really love to hear from them.
