I spent the week convincing friends that your site was legitimate and trustworthy, and that they had no reason to worry about your service. I also spent the week personally being stoked about the opportunity to play a nice satellite with a good chance of winning for the World Series of Poker. I don't think anything really needs to be said about how my image of your company has been shattered. Though I wasn't one of the core players, I did put a lot of time in on 7 Sultans Poker for some Borgata Open tournaments, and took some shots at the No Limit cash games. After the experience I had in this tournament, and the other problems I have read about (that I was willing to be hush hush about when recommending you to friends as I know that Microgaming has a solid reputation as an online casino), it will be very difficult to ever get me to deposit again. Why stick around for the laggers (in more way than one) in the industry when I can play great tournaments on Party or Stars?
