TGC's WSOP promotion tourney today. 10 seats or 1 in 200 entrants??

Not sure if anybody here is playing it, but their info is conflicting.
When you look at the tourney when on TGC it says 10 seats guaranteed.
On their site it also says that, but additionally says 1 in 200 entrants. Looks like there will be well less then 2,000 entrants which would mean less than 10 seats.
Which is it? Sounds like there won't be 10 seats given away, even though it says guaranteed (so i guess that is a lie).

I belive the answer is yes, to both questions. There is a 10 seat guarantee, and also a 1 in 200, should there be more than 2000 playing.

At least that's the way it was for the Aussie tourny, and that's the way i've interpreted the info given from TGC

Thanks. It looks like that is the case.
The idiot lady I talked to on the phone from there the other night said otherwise, and that it would be less than 10 paid if they didn't get to 2000 people.
So I didn't play in it, which cost them $55.

the people on the phone told my friend 1/20 get paid...go figure. (an ad in CardPlayer says this also, thought I never believed it for a second)
