i just wanna know if a serious player playin for profit plays 100 tourneys multi table.... how often should he place in the money?
here are my stats: participants place

767 93

most of them are free money tourneys...different games

Seriously though, it depends on the payout structure and your goals. If your goal is to get into the money as often as possible (i.e. you tend to get really tight if you have a decent stack and the bubble is drawing near) you will probably get into the money more often than someone like me, who is very willing to take risks at this stage to try and get enough chips to compete for the top few spots.

On Pokerstars, roughly 1/10th of the players get paid (ok, very roughly). If you finish in the money 2.5-3 times out of 10, you will almost certainly have a positive expectation.
