One table NL $50 SNG at party tonight. 4 players left. Blinds 200-400 and I am smallest stack and push all in from the SB with K7o. Would anyone have folded or flat called here?

Total number of players : 4
Seat 1 (3165)
Seat 3 (4255)
AnyAce (1020)
Seat 7 (1560)

AnyAce posts small blind (200)
Seat 7 posts big blind (400)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to AnyAce [ 7d, Kc ]
Seat 1 folds.
Seat 3 folds.
AnyAce raises (820) to 1020 and is all-in
Seat 7 calls 1020.

Results to follow.

Hi AnyAce,

I'd have done the same thing. It's hard not to steal from the SB with K-high, and if you're going to steal, it has to be an all-in steal because of your stack relative to the blinds. If he has a hand ... oh well....

It's a reasonable play in my book. Your stack is about to go under the "threat threshhold", so you might as well pull the trigger. K high is something.

You should raise all-in now, especially if there is any chance he will fold. However, he should probably call with any two cards. There's a lot of luck in poker.

Thanks for all your responses. As noted above, I pushed all-in. He called:

** Dealing Flop ** : [ 5s, 3s, 8s ]
** Dealing Turn ** : [ 9s ]
** Dealing River ** : [ 8d ]

Seat 7 turned over Qc Ts for the flush. I was ahead slightly pre-flop but got rundown.
