NL tourney hands (internet)

I seem to have trouble following up. In the following hands, I'm not sure if it was a mistake to bet in the first place, or if I shouldn't have let the raise or bet scare me off, or if I played reasonably.
1. 2nd pos, QJs.25-50. I, button, BB. Flop Axx. Check, I bet 50, button calls; turn 10, I check and fold to bet of 50.
2. Button, ATo. EP caller, I call; flop KKx; EP bets, I fold. Maybe I should have either folded or raised preflop? Or raised EP's bet?
3. Next to button, 33, EP caller. Fold or raise? I folded.
4. JTo in SB; BB raised, EP called, I called. Flop T53, I bet, BB raised, I folded. Should I have reraised?
5. 99, utg. I called; flop Axx, I bet minimum, was raised, called; turn K, I check and fold to a bet. Should I have raised utg preflop?

I think I see a pattern here...

In general, play all these hands tighter and more aggressively. As for when fire a second barrel, this depends a lot on the particular opponents you face. perhaps you should include more background,
