Good players on tilt.

If a good player is on tilt, sitting to your right, should you raise more hands than normal to try to isolate him? I know a great player who does this every opportunity and he says it's extremely profitable since a good palyer on tilt is no longer a good player. I like the concept. Looking for opinions.
