This happened last weekend at a 2/4 game in San Manuel Casino in Highland, CA. Dealer accidently turns over a King while he is dealing the 2nd card to someone preflop. King exposed for everyone to see, deals another card to the guy. You're probably pretty pissed off if you're the player but you gotta live with it.
Flop comes with a King and 2 rags. Forget what the turn and river were. Guess what won the pot: 3 Kings.
The guy whose King was exposed had pocket Kings. Still! What are the chances of that. You have pocket Kings, you lose one of them, you get another one and the flop brings out the 4th. Crazy.
