Going to a 5 card draw tourny on Sat, $100 for T100 in chips, 49 players, 7 tables of 7, final seven win their $100 back plus depending on finish the final seven split the rest of the money. First place will be around $2000. I wish it was texas hold-em but since it is not, does anyone have any advice on this? I do not know yet what betting limits and antes will be. Any good tips for 5-card draw is appreciated.

Position is very important. Seeing how many they draw can have a big impact on your decision.

Tells and reading players are more important, because you have nothing else (except for their draw number) to go on.

don't draw at straights
