Party 2/4 .... got a little carried away
I hold K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif Q /images/graemlins/diamond.gif in the big blind. I've got my finger on the trigger getting ready to pop it when it comes around to me. Folded to the button, he raises, SB 3-bets. ah crap. I think, well button is stealing, and SB is isolating, and damn this is a nice looking hand. I cap.
Flop is ATx, with the A /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
hmmmm backdoor nut flush, and a gutshot. sb checks, I bet, both call.
Turn is a K
hmmmm more outs, sb checks, I bet, button drops, sb now checkraises (uhoh) i call.
river is a blank, he bets i fold.
I just read GoTs hand where he was in a similar situation with AQo. the general consensus was to dump it. I guess thats probably what i should have done here. While it may be thinly profitable to play on here, I think i'd have to know my opponents better.
