I wish as an early cristmas gift from Prima that they could stop running these f****** $500 freerolls! Add a raked hand requirement, or limit them to 500 entries or perhaps drop them totally! Every time when the 2pmEST tourney starts, it affects the ring games to a level that is ridiculous! /images/graemlins/mad.gif

you are right. I have noticed at several sites that tourneys do not bring customers. They bring freerollers for 15 minutes longer than it takes to qualify for the promotion and take the regular customers away.

Put the money into the ring games as promotions directly at the table! Splash pots and table promotions like hi hands and other direct jackpots are much more beneficial for the tables.

Have the tournaments early in the morning and have a promotion to keep them at the ring games afterwards...and have a late night tourney so keep people there.
