I am really impressed by Pokertracker, and their customer support. Having played b&m for some time, having a tool like this to analyze play is great.
I had some problems with the software, and Pat from Pokertracker was awesome in helping to quickly resolve the issues at hand. He was quick to repsond, and extremely helpful. Being able to tack so much info is very new to me. In the past I thought keeping track (with photo's) of certain players in my PDA was pretty sophisticated. It certainly doesn't compare to this.
