I'm in and ready. Are the server problems that we're killing our 5-10 game and the 500 guaranteed tourney better?

Fyi, the seat allocations are random, not by reference order of registration

CZ,

We haven't received any complaints -- is this something that your whole table had trouble with? Any further detail you can give would be appreciated.

Ring games and Tourneys alike, everyone at the table was really lagging and many were making comments about it. It seems to have cleared up but the entire site was really slow for about an hour. I was at the 10 player 5-10 game when it started, then played in the 2:00 tourney $500 guaranteed and the first 2 levels were terrible until it seemed to start clearing up. It affected everyone who would respond on chat though.

When you guys run the $500 freeroll and have 1200 players in it the whole site slows up. So maybe time for one more server upgrade to be able to handel 1200 tourny players.

Thanks for the follow up. Glad to hear it's cleared up, but obviously still something that needs further investigation -- we'll see what we can find out.

As a general comment, we are aware that one of Prima's top priorities is to enhance server load capacity -- we believe that they are working on enhancements that will allow several multiples of Party's current max loads without any noticeable performance degradations. Some may call that hopeful, but we like to think of it as indicative of our ambitions in this business /images/graemlins/smile.gif

GC,

I tried to join the tournament, however, it will not allow me? Was I kicked out for the abuse I've been giving you? Are you SURE you want to do that? I'll have to step it up then!? /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Unless I failed to read one of these Zoo-monster threads that speed off the board in 30 minutes and I need a code or password or have answer some obsecure triva questions about online poker history?

Hope you allow me to join,
Joe Tall

Havana,

You're lucky I'm being left out of this tournament right now, you know I owe you one! In fact, are you and GC in cahoots and by fear of the Tall Man you worked a deal to leave me out?

Hmmmm, ya suspect!

Did you receive the invite email? If you did, you may want to call support as that's the fastest way to get in.

Great game. I was rooting for Indy because they have Marvin Harrison and Dwight Freeney. I'm a Giants fan so I don't really care who wins in the AFC so I usually pick according to # of Syracuse alums /images/graemlins/smile.gif. It was really entertaining either way.

We're scratching our heads on this one ... really sorry you couldn't get in. We saw JT had a problem, so we managed to get him sorted out -- we could have done the same for you if your post had come in before the event started.

Apologies again -- we're still trying to work out what went wrong. We'll find a way to make it up to you (and SF)
