Since the highest PL/NL limits Party etc offer is 1/2 I think this would be a "Gaming Club" specific OIC. I think they have the PL/NL games to make it possible. Here is the variation of Mike Haven's OIC:
(this is just a thought, I'm not looking for TGC to sponser this.)
start with 50.00 at .25/.50 PL or NL
when you get to 100.00 move up to .50/1.00 NL or PL
when you get to 200.00 move up to 1.00/2.00 NL or PL
when you get to 400.00 move up to 2.00/4.00 NL or PL
when you get to 500.00 move up to 2.50/5.00 NL or PL
when you get to 600.00 move up to 3.00/6.00 NL or PL
When you get to 1000.00 move up to 5.00/10.00 NL or PL
When you get to 2000.00 you are done!
