Fresno ST at Utep(+20.5)
Utep has lost it's last 5 games by an average of 34 points. I really thought the line would be more like 26 or 27. Look at Rice's last 2 games, giving the points here is a steal.
On a side note, I happen to have to live in El Paso right now and trust me when I say that having homefield really isnt an advantage here. The few Utep fans that show up will boo from the opening kickoff.
