a guy played 60 hands and saw 100% of the flops. Won 40 BBs, won 73o twice. I was amazed. He disconnected 7 times and timed out 4 times, caught river cards right and left playing 53o, 73o UTG!!

happens. the thing is, players like that tilt the table, and because people know that they raise with nothing, the table starts to call them with nothing.
I saw a hand the other day (one of the participants just like you described). The loose guy kept raising and the other guy kept calling (he actually re-raised on the turn). It turned out neither of them had anything, the loose guy won the hand with 10 high!!!
my advice is don't tilt, fold with nothing, call with any piece of the flop, cap with anything semi-decent.
i like playing with those guys though. sooner or later they're gonna loose all they've got to you.
