Disregarding all other facts, What is a median hand in heads up holdem game.Another words would any hand that contained an A or a K be favored over a random heads up hand? Thank You in advance for Your responces

According to Tournament Poker for Adavanced Players by David Sklansky p. 65.

So it looks like any A is at least a 3:2 favorite over these hands, even A2o.
