Yvonne: wrongly pushed pot

I asked the floor at my poker room and his response basically confirms what you said about wrongly awarded pots. If a pot awarded to a player is later determined to have actually belonged to another hand (e.g. through tape review), they can't force the player to give it up. He said they will offer the player the option of handing it over or leaving the poker room.
