party 5/10 6 max. i am on the button in a loose, fairly passive table. cut-off is the best player at the table. a little passive but quite tricky. he has been sittng out for a few rounds, so he is posting a bb. utg plays any 2. BB is quite new to the table, he started playing with something like $85. ep is loose.

i get A /images/graemlins/spade.gif8 /images/graemlins/club.gif.
utg calls, ep calls, cut-off checks, i call, sb fold and bb checks.

flop: K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
checked to cut-off who bets. I raise. BB and utg calls 2 cold. sb folds. cut-off reraises. we all call.
pot is 15 sb

turn:3 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
checked to cut-off who bets. i call, bb calls, utg calls.
pot: 11,5 bb

river: Ah
cut-off bets, i raise, bb calls 9 (all-in), cut-off calls.

Fold preflop. Limping w/A8o is going to more trouble than it's worth.

A-8o is not a limping hand to be played against 4 people. Unless you get an ace on the flop, you are going to be wondering why you spent 5 bucks on it.
