B&M tournament;
The poker room or pit is surrounded by rails with tight quarters. Dealer is facing the gallery. Player in seat 10 is continually getting up while he is in a hand and going around the table to speak to 2 rail birds facing him. This happens several times with the dealer saying nothing. Is This OK or should the floor put a stop to it?

You cannot leave your seat when in a hand. Doing so is supposed to kill your hand instantly. And the one player to a hand rule should also kill his hand once he talks to the railbirds.

Floor should warn him now before he does it again, and kill his hand every future occurrence. Actually, if I'm the floor, I'm going to kill his hand the first time he does it, and then give him the explanation why.
