I have had some time off work recently so I thought I would try and get my head around the Promotion whoring scene.
Below is how my nice word table ended up when I copied it into note pad. Under each site I give the bonus per hour you get while doing the signup bonus. The total of the signup bonus. Some notes followed by the ongoing bonus you get when not involved in any other bonus.
I did all the calculations by hand so take at your own risk.
The best start up bonus appears to Absolute poker with the problem that you have to keep $500 there for a month. The worst the Power Network. Note that Absolue Poker, PokerTropolis and Pacific Poker give you the bonus up front, this gives you a good opertunity to go up a level or two as if you go broke about 20% of the money you lost was not yours anyway??!?!
If you’re done with signup promotion; then Thursdays to Tuesdays;
Either 20/40 or 15/30 at Pacific poker or Planet Poker;
Alternately any other limit at Bugsys’c Club. However you need be playing at least 14 hours a week to get a placing in their league other wise you might as well be playing at Poker Room or Poker Stars if you like their cool clothing.
Wednesday is of course WSEX day, with the Aces cannot lose promotion varying between a small and a big bet an hour depending on the limit.
